Included supplies and service limits
- 2 standard furnace filters and 2 fridge water filters a membership year, for one furnace and one fridge. Standard compatible filters are included; specialty filters need a separate approved quote.
- Bulb replacement includes up to 10 bulbs; you supply the bulbs.
- Gutter and downspout clearing: once a year with Care, at both seasonal visits with Max. Accessible gutters up to 14 feet above ground; higher or unsafe work needs a separate quote.
- Care and Max include a water heater flush, re-caulk of one wet area, small drywall repairs, driveway and walk pressure washing, and interior and exterior cleaning of up to 20 windows. Annual work is split across the seasonal visits.
- Max also includes house exterior washing and minor grout repairs once a year.
- Max includes 2 call-outs a membership year, counted separately from the seasonal visits. Each includes the trip and the first hour of labour; after that $76/hr, materials at receipt, larger work quoted. A third call-out is one-time work at member prices.
Up to 10 square feet of paint touch-ups per visit. Customer supplies matching paint for the same wall. No color matching or full-wall painting.
What the hours include
If one tech can do it in one visit with hand tools, the hours include it. Permits, a second person, or heavy equipment: menu item or quote at member prices.
- Drywall: patches up to a couple feet, nail pops, corner repairs, texture and paint touch-up
- Plumbing: running toilets, faucet and showerhead swaps, disposal swap, single-fixture drain unclog, shutoff valves, supply lines, caulk
- Electrical: outlet/switch/dimmer swaps, light fixtures, ceiling fan on an existing box, smart thermostat, doorbell, detectors
- General: TV mounts, shelving, hanging, door adjustments, weatherstripping, hardware, minor trim
Never included in the hours: water heaters, sump installs, panel or new-circuit work, repipes, sewer, whole walls or ceilings of drywall, full-room painting, roofing, concrete, remodels.
