I spent nineteen years as a maintenance tech, most of it around Chicago. Somebody would call on a Tuesday because water was coming through a ceiling, and I would stand in their kitchen explaining that the thing that broke had been quietly going for two years. Nobody had looked. Not because they did not care, but because there was no reason to, and nobody whose job it was.

After a while you notice it is the same short list every time. A packed dryer vent. A drain nobody flushed. A water heater full of sediment. Alarms with the batteries pulled out. Caulk that gave up. Five things, over and over, in houses worth a great deal of money, all of them cheap to prevent and ruinous to ignore.

So Housiro runs the other way round. We come before anything breaks, on a schedule, for a price you already paid. Same person, same list, a report with photos after every visit. No emergencies invented, nothing upsold, and if we cannot help we tell you who can.
