Housiro is the name Bold Core LLC trades under. Bold Core LLC is the company holding your details and the company you are dealing with.

Your membership renews annually until you cancel, and you can cancel any time before your first visit.

First Visit Promise: if you don't love your first visit, tell us within 7 days of it and we refund the whole year. Keep the report.

Included each membership year: 2 standard furnace filters and 2 fridge water filters, one system each; paint touch-ups up to 10 square feet a visit with your matching paint; gutter clearing up to 14 feet above ground with safe access, once a year on Care and at both seasonal visits on Max.

Max includes 2 call-outs a membership year, counted separately from the seasonal visits. Each includes the trip and the first hour of labour; after that $76/hr, materials at receipt, larger work quoted. A third call-out is one-time work at member prices.

Parts are billed at store receipt price with the receipt attached.
