You always know who is coming
A two-hour window, plus the name and photo of the person who will be at your door. Same person every visit, and you will know them by the second year.
The visit itself, shoes off
Shoes off at the door, drop cloths down, tools off your floors. You do not have to follow us around and you do not have to tidy up before we arrive.
A report, with photos
Every visit ends with one. What we did, what we are keeping an eye on, and what can honestly wait another year. Nothing in it is a sales pitch, and nothing gets invented to fill a page.
What repair time means
Two hours on every Care visit, three on Max. It is already paid for, so point at whatever you like: a sticking door, a new light, a shelf that needs hanging. If a job runs longer than the time you have, we tell you the price before carrying on. Unused time does not roll over, so use it.

It renews at the same price
We email you two weeks before the year is up. Same plan, same price as the year you joined. Cancel before any visit and you are done: no phone tree, no retention offer, no hard feelings.
